Here we go, into the holiday season again. I sure do look forward to the holidays but it does tend to disrupt one's typical schedule and makes it challenging to maintain exercise routines. More than any other time of year, I need to use my mind to will my schedule to keep my exercise routine high on the priorities list. Sometimes the holiday season can add stress to our lives and exercise is an important way to manage stress. Consider what might assist you in maintaining your workout schedule. Brainstorm with your instructor on ways to stay motivated. For myself, I like to increase the variety of my workouts to keep me on my toes and engaged.
