Andrea Maida, my colleague, former student, friend, fellow Pilates geek, and so on, is an amazingly talented writer. If you haven't signed up to receive her Pilates blogs, well.... what can I say, you're missing out (and hurry, go sign up).
Andrea has a monthly feature titled, Inside the Pilates Studio, where she features a teacher to respond to a set list of questions. This month, I had the honor of being the selected teacher. I thoroughly enjoyed pondering the questions. It would be interesting, probably only to me personally, to have answered those questions in my early Pilates day, 10-years ago and 10 year from now.
